Our inspiration to start Balf & Co Property Development Ltd started around 7 years ago when we were ready to buy our first property together.
We kept hold of Dan's first house and opened it as a rental property. From there we set out on a mission have at least one property project a year and here we are!
Balf & Co is named after our beloved poodle Alfie.
